Our online payment portal is provided as a convenience for individuals to pay fines, fees, and other court-related obligations electronically. This payment service is operated by QuickCourt on behalf of participating courts and law enforcement agencies.

1. Payment Authorization

By completing a payment through this website, you authorize QuickCourt to process the amount entered on behalf of the applicable court or agency, including any associated convenience or service fees.

2. Refunds

All payments made through this website are final once submitted. Because payments represent satisfaction of court obligations, refunds can only be issued by the court or agency that assessed the fine or fee, in accordance with their policies and applicable law.

3. Convenience Fees

A non-refundable 10% convenience fee is added to each online payment to cover the cost of electronic processing. This fee is retained by QuickCourt and cannot be refunded, even if the court or agency approves a refund of the underlying fine or fee.

4. Payment Errors

If you encounter technical issues or believe a payment was processed incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact our support team at support@quickcourt.biz within 5 business days. We will review your request and, if appropriate, coordinate with the court or agency to resolve the issue.
