The system contains a master suspect file and a list of suspect on each incident. This allows for fast entry of repeat suspects. Detailed information about the suspect including their picture can be stored in the master file.
Each incident has a list of suspects. When a suspect is added to the incident a copy of their address at the time is copied over. The offenses for this incident can be quickly attached to the charge and a note about the suspect specific to this incident can be added.
