The newly developed "Quick-Court" Probation Module has exceeded all of my expectations. When I first spoke to Mike about creating the program, I wanted a program to perform as efficiently as the programs I had created myself. I was extremely excited with what "Quick-Court" had done with my request. Not only is the program better than what I was using and expected, it is also easier to use, more flexible and a time saver. Printing customizable forms, documents and reports is a breeze. Now, let's talk about service after the sale. When I call Quick-Court, the phone is always answered, by a human. Every suggestion or request for making improvements or additions to the software are quickly responded to and the "fix" is uploaded to my computer within a couple of days and many times within hours. I have tested many programs for my probation department and Quick-Court is right up there with the best of them and getting better by the week. The difference, this one is very affordable and well worth the money. Don't let the price fool you. Compared to others, the cliche, "You get what you pay for," does not apply here. You will get whole lot more.
