Quick-Court's probation system has a ledger associated with every case to make tracking monetary information simple. Here are a list of its features:
- Function keys provide quick access to payment posting, posting write offs, adding fees, editing entries, generating fees and deleting entries.
- An overview of ledger including balance is always available at the bottom of the screen.
- Quick Pay allows you to distribute a large payment to multiple fees with easy. As you pick the fee to pay off the system will keep track of the remaining balance.
If you have reoccurring fees Quick-Court's Probation system eliminates the need to post these fees one-by-one. We have every generation scenario covered. You can generate fees monthly, weekly or by providing a table of dates.
