Ledger Screen
Each ticket has an advanced Quick-Court ledger which allows you to disperse the violation to different agencies, enter payments, notes and adjustments. It is tightly integrated with our payment system that automates the process of applying the payments to each agency. In addition to these features Quick-Court has a number of detailed ledger reports to make your job easier such as:
- Ledger summary for a time period
- List all ledgers with a balance
- List fees entered for a time period
- List payments entered for a time period
- List write offs entered for a time period
